The company was first founded by husband and wife partnership Bob and Katrina Gutteridge at their present office at Porthill, Newcastle, Staffs in April 1989. Stephen Gutteridge commenced his estate agency career in 2001 and qualified by examination in 2007 to become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, and given his qualifications, clients of the company can be assured that the firm conforms to the highest standards of professional competence in its estate agency activities.
