Features and description

“Hebron Road was the first house we brought together. We absolutely loved being able to wander down to North Street on a Friday night to meet friends for drinks, we particularly enjoyed the spotted cow garden in the summer months! We also loved being able to easily walk to Wapping Wharf to eat and the different pop-up restaurants there. We loved living on Hebron Road and really enjoyed doing the house up and putting our own stamp on it. We spent many an evening having BBQ’s in the garden.”

Hebron Road sits between West Street and British Road, this popular part of BS3 is close to both the many popular independent shops and cafes of North Street and the footbridges over the River Avon to the north, which lead to Bristol's Harbourside and City Centre. This particular location is conveniently placed adjacent to South Street Park, alongside other green space such as Greville Smyth and Victoria Park. Southville and Bedminster have become one of Bristol's most sought-after areas amongst a range of buyers. There are range of excellent eateries, coffee shops and bars a short walk away such as Cor, The North Street Standard, Kask, The Malago and SOUK kitchen. The schools in the area are extremely popular, with Southville and Ashton Gate Primary Schools, both very well regarded. The accessibility of this area and its proximity to major areas of employment and transport links, such as Bristol Temple Meads, undoubtedly bolster the area’s popularity. As well as having plenty to offer on the doorstep, the countryside to the south of Bristol, such as the Mendips, as well as the M5 motorway to the west of the city are also easily accessible.

A tasteful two bedroom mid-terrace located on Hebron Road in Bedminster with no onward chain. On entry, you are welcomed into the hallway with stripped floorboards continuing throughout the ground floor. The lounge includes a feature fireplaces, double-glazed sash windows, a column grey radiator and bespoke built-in shelves.
