The Zenith building will be subject to external cladding work being carried out, however, the block management company have not yet made us aware of a fixed start date for the works to commence.
The external cladding will need to be "opened up" in select places to identify the sub-structure of the building, these works are due to commence on Monday 19th August 2024 and are anticipated to take 10 working days (weather pending). This is the first physical step ahead of the remediations commencing in Q1 2025. Lawtech have been employed to undertake remedial works in line with these requirements. Once Lawtech have initially setup and they have covered all safety procedures they will commence planned works. Lawtech's aim is to cause minimum disruption to residents.

Lawtech's normal working hours are 08:00am to 05.00pm (Mon-Fri) with noisy works being undertaken between 8:30am and 5pm (Mon-Fri), they will try to keep this to a minimum where possible.
