With over 20 years of experience of letting properties in East Devon we are always happy to discuss options with landlords and potential landlords, and provide advice based on our wealth of experience. Our track record speaks for itself – we have undertaken some 2,000 lets and there are very few situations that we have not had to manage! We aim to place good, long-term tenants in well-maintained homes, and we have earned a good reputation not only for the standards of our properties but also for our professional approach. Our tenancy duration far exceeds the national average, and some 10% of our tenants have been in their properties for 10 years or more. We are proud to be independent and not reliant on any third party for commission income or targets. Transparency and fairness are key to our success - we do not add ‘hidden’ charges by way of commissions or margins from contractor invoices. Our business has three divisions: 1. Block Management Area We manage and let a large number of properties in an area bordered by Exeter, Newton Poppleford, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth (encompassing the villages of Woodbury, Woodbury Salterton, Lympstone, Exton, Ebford, Topsham, Clyst St George, Clyst St Mary, Yettington, Southerton, Otterton, Colaton Raleigh, East Budleigh and others).
