We absolutely love our place in Royal Arsenal. I have lived here for 8 years, and my now-husband moved in 7 years ago. We feel very lucky to have called this place home. <br /><br />The open-plan layout and spacious balcony have been great for entertaining (my husband loves to cook!), and we are spoilt for choice for restaurants and bars when we want to go out. We have often enjoyed going for walks along the river front and taking in the sunset. It's a gorgeous area! We have also been incredibly fortunate to have lovely, considerate neighbours in the building, there is a really wonderful community.<br /><br />The flat is incredibly close to the Elizabeth Line station. We play a game to see how quickly we can be from our sofa to Canary Wharf station: our best is currently 11 minutes!<br /><br />We have some wonderful memories of this home, and we really hope the new owners love it as much as we do!
