Features and description

"We’ve loved living here for the past eight years. We’ve renovated the entire place, but we’ll particularly miss the garden as it’s a total suntrap! We enjoy hosting BBQs on sunny evenings, and you often see hot air balloons overhead and fab sunsets too. Our favourite aspect of living here is the location. We love Bristol’s food scene and from here we can walk to the brilliant restaurants on North Street and Wapping Wharf."

Luckwell Road is a residential road in one of the most desirable parts of Bristol. This house is within easy reach of all of the amenities of North Street, including The Tobacco Factory, the popular Souk Kitchen, The Old Bookshop as well as highly regarded cafes such as Sweven, Burra and Tincan Coffee. Heading further north crossing the river from Southville, you're less than fifteen minutes from all Bristol City Centre has to offer. For those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, with lovely views along the harbourside. The journey home after an evening in the city is also straightforward and advantageous on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic. Over the river to the left in Wapping Wharf is the high-end development ‘The General’ with Michelin star restaurant: Paco Tapas. Beyond these is Bristol’s scenic harbourside with its boat trips and water-facing bars and restaurants. With this house being under 2 miles from Temple Meads - Bristol's main train station - and close to roads which can take you out of the city in either direction, the location of Luckwell Road is certainly key to its popularity.

A terraced house on Luckwell Road that has been transformed from top to bottom by its current owners and has a beautiful, mature garden which is a great size for the area. Downstairs there is a living room/dining room at the front of the house with wooden floors and to the rear, a modern kitchen with integrated units and herringbone tiles on the splash back and a bathroom. There is also a door to the rear garden which is beautifully landscaped and has a patio area for summer dining, raised beds, a lawn and a rear seating area perfect for an outdoor sofa and more relaxed seating. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower room).
