Whilst there is a shared bathroom and loo, there is also a downstairs loo and the girl upstairs has her own shower. I generally shower down at the health club so in the main, the shower is yours.

We all love to use the garden in the summer, especially the hammock. You are welcome to help with the gardening if you wish. There is off street parking. Chessington has easy access to London and is about a 10-minute drive to junction 9 of the M25. Both Chessington North & South stations are within walking distance and Surbiton station is a short bus ride away. Both have trains directly into Waterloo. From Surbiton, there are fast trains that take about 12 minutes.

The home is a short walk to Tesco Express, Sainsbury's and other convenience shops. There is a Lidl close. Waitrose and M&S food are a short bus ride into Surbiton. Kingston Town Centre is a lively town with cinema and large shopping centre including the Bentalls Centre and John Lewis.
