In England, where the weather is not always reliable, this was especially important.”

OPEN INTERIOR
Visitors to Woodcote enter via the reception hall, where there is a cloakroom, walk in cupboard and access to the kitchen breakfast room and open plan drawing and dining room. “The entrance hall is superb, everyone is extremely impressed with its size when they step into the house,” he observes. “The drawing and dining room area is also very generous, offering flexible living space that is perfect for entertaining and can be arranged to suit the new owners of the house.” This outstanding area provides room for formal dining furniture, as well as comfortable seating.
