Location:
Begbroke Manor is brimming with character and offers a very tranquil location with close links to Oxford, Woodstock & Kidlington. Yarnton is a popular village seven miles from Oxford City centre, with a convenience store, post office, petrol station, doctor’s surgery, pharmacy, garden centre, church, village hall and two public houses. It is also a short walk or cycle ride to Blenheim Palace with all its splendour and many events throughout the year including the Blenheim Horse Trials, Christmas at Blenheim or simply a place to sit with a picnic and relax with magnificent views.

There is a well-regarded primary school and the village is within the catchment area of Marlborough Secondary School in Woodstock. A more comprehensive range of shops and amenities are available in nearby Woodstock and Kidlington, and there is a regular bus service to Oxford City centre.
The Oxford Parkway railway station is three miles away, which provides easy access to London Marylebone or there is Hanborough Rail  Station just over three miles away that goes to London Paddington.  Both stations service Oxford City as well.

In the Owners Own Words:
Begbroke Manor has been a wonderful home for us to grow as a family. We lived there for 7 years, first as a young professional couple, then with the arrival of our first child through the Covid pandemic. Neither of us thought we would be interested in living in a flat, but it really felt more like a house due to the open-plan setup on the upper floor with spacious vaulted ceilings, and then the generous bedroom sizes downstairs. Even though we weren’t far from Oxford central, we lived in a pocket of rural beauty with the village road leading to lovely country walks in several directions. It was also hugely convenient to have the S3 Bus to take us into town or up to Woodstock in a matter of minutes. Being part of the historic manor home was lovely, but at the same time, we really appreciated having the more private entrance to our flat with parking right outside the front door. The annex which contains Flat 13/14 was built on to the original manor home in the early 2000’s so it benefited from being slightly newer and having less foot-traffic. The grounds to the manor were a haven during the warm weather, where we could go out into the garden and play with our little one. For this time in our life, it was wonderful not having to worry about doing the garden work as this was all maintained and there for us to enjoy. We will always cherish our time at Begbroke Manor and hope you will too.

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted

Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on May 30, 2023 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
