Externally

Ty Uchaf is approached by a good long stone track to the property where you arrive at an extensive parking area adjacent to the outbuildings. Access to the house is via an original cobbled path to the house and gardens and the property has large lawned gardens with vegetable growing areas, a huge polytunnel growing a large number of vegetables together with many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful views across the open Welsh Countryside.

Outbuildings

There are various outbuildings near the main house which includes a Dutch Barn, an open wood store, a summer kitchen area, part block / part corrugated iron workshop which is split into two distinctive parts, the rear section having a billiard table whilst the front section is a more traditional workshop.
There is also an attractive stone range with conversion potential (subject to any consents required) currently split into an area used as a utility with wc and shower room, a stable (currently home to two lovely donkeys) and two storage / hay barns.
Near the outbuildings there is also a static caravan, a touring caravan, a coach built showmans wagon and a small yurt, all included.

The Land

There is around 47 acres (see land plan) of land with Ty Uchaf split into around 20 acres of mature oak woodland (with some lovely specimen oaks) with the balance being predominantly a mixture of gently sloping / some sloping grassland. There is a very special area down by the small lake which is an absolute haven for wildlife and accessed via some beautiful woodland full of bluebells in May (again see pictures) Our client maintains access tracks / cut paths all around the estate for ease of access and should you decide to view Ty Uchaf you will not be disappointed by how well maintained everything is.
