  • Central Village Location
  • Variety Of Uses

THE AGENTS SAY....
A unusual proposition, this attractive little barn may be suitable for a variety of uses. At present it is most suited to significant storage on two levels, as there are no services connected but the potential to do so could be investigated. Services would enable the barn to be used as a craft or gym studio, or similar, or as a workshop. Currently there is no planning for conversion to residential use but subject to consent it may be possible to convert it in the future. Vehicle and pedestrian access to the barn is over a shared driveway with rights of way and the barn has an up and over door.

TENDER PROCESS
Tenders should be received in writing by 12 noon on Thursday 20th June by email marked ‘The Barn Hinton St George’ and emailed [use Contact Agent Button]

Any offer made will be treated as being subject to contract.

Your tender should also include the following information:

Name and address of the proposed purchaser. Name and address of your solicitors. The Tender letter should state the sum you are prepared to pay for the property. Your offer will be treated as subject to Contract – however you should state any other conditions that your offer is subject to, i.e. arranging a loan, sale of other property or any other investigations.

If you require a loan please state the proposed lending source and enclose copies of any correspondence supporting the availability of funding.

Your offer should state the period within which you would like to exchange Contracts and when you would anticipate completing the purchase. The vendors reserve the right not to accept the highest or indeed any offers made.
