The rooms are furnished with a double bed, a range of furniture and a wall mounted flat screen tv with built in DVD player. Your own en suite bathroom has a toilet, shower, hand basin and heated towel rail. Please note that bedding is not provided.
- All bills are included – electric, gas, council tax, water and wi-fi.
- Fully equipped shared modern kitchen with range of built in appliances. Kitchen fully stocked with all utensils.
- Utility room with 2 x washing machines and tumble dryer.
- All common areas professionally cleaned weekly.
- Location is directly opposite the Sunderland Royal Hospital on Chester Road, Sunderland.
- Rent is £475 per month, and a deposit of £475 is required.
All existing tenants are professional, mostly working at the nearby hospital. Satisfactory references required for all applicants without exception.
