There are a variety of walking and cycle routes incorporating the many rights of way which weave through the area, including the long-distance routes of the Shipwright's, Staunton and Monarch Ways. You can investigate the Parish's connections with the Crusades and medieval times, smugglers' haunts and Jane Austen, or visit nearby Stansted House and its Estate... then relax in one of the local pubs or cafes overlooking the village green, allegedly the largest in Hampshire.
