Torrisdale is a small village on the eastern coast of the Kintyre peninsula. At nearby Claonaig there is a regular ferry service to Lochranza on the Island of Arran.

A few miles out of town is Campbeltown Airport which has an inflight time of only 25 minutes to Glasgow.
