It has been really convenient to have ample parking aside from my allocated space in the garage. This has made it easier for friends and family to visit. We love that we can walk across the street to the park or down the road into Ashley Cross. Although we are in Ashley Cross, we don't have any noise disturbances as we are set back from the road. This has also given me piece of mind when my children are playing outside. We are very sad to have to leave, as my children and I have thoroughly enjoyed living in our property but it's time for them to have their own bedrooms.
