Property description & features

A unique opportunity to purchase Prince John Zylinsky’s former residence in London: ‘The White House’. Draped in lavish elegance, this sumptuous and impressive neo-Palladian-style palace sets a new standard for luxury living. It is impressively ornamented and lavishly furnished. The white stucco-fronted residence, arranged over three floors, with a colonnaded porch to the front overlooking the garden is approached by an imposing gatehouse known as 'The Arch', located at the entrance of the plot. 'The Arch' houses four separate self-contained apartments and one office, which can be converted into a studio flat.

The attention to detail in every element, including its stately symmetry, wealth of classical features, and grand appearance, makes this house a testament to Prince Zylinski's personal pride and effort. From its Corinthian-style columns and pillars to its Italian Renaissance-inspired sculptures of classical and Greek mythology, every aspect reflects his dedication to the creation.

It is certainly a unique property and a true masterpiece, recognised as one of the six London's most beautiful buildings by Time Magazine alongside Buckingham Palace and The Shard. Renowned music artists and actors, including Britney Spears and Gary Barlow, have filmed videos on the premises.

The palace has hosted many photoshoots for prestigious magazines, including Tatler, Vogue, The Times, OK and Hello, to promote brands such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Burberry, Manolo Blahnik, Dior and Chanel. These shoots have featured celebrities like Victoria Beckham, Keira Knightley, Ivanka Trump, Katherine Jenkins, Rita Ora, and Darcey Bussell. The Duchess of York did her book promotion at the palace.

BRIEF HISTORY OF THE HOUSE:

The White House is a reconstruction of Prince Zylinski’s previous family home in Poland, which was once owned by his grandmother. During World War II, she was expelled from her palace by the incoming Polish government and then the palace was burned to the ground. Prince Zylinsky promised her that he would rebuild it and he kept his promise. The building work took seven years, and the construction was completed in May 2009.

Photo Shoots took place in The White House. Celebrities including Rita Ora, Britney Spears, Victoria Beckham, Rihanna, Dame Joan Collins, Helena Bonham Carter, Sienna Miller, etc. have had photo shoots at the palace; British TV drama ‘Secret Diary of a Call Girl’ was filmed there. Magazine shoots took place at the house including M & S and Harrods.

After the great success of “Downton Abbey” & “The Crown” promotion photo shoots took place with the cast for the Harper’s Bazaar etc. Memorable were shoots before the Royal Wedding with the whole Royal Family…lookalikes only: Prince Charles, Harry, Royal carriages, corgis, celebrities including Lady Gaga, Elton John. Many Charity Events took place in The White House.
