Approached through a private entrance door, the living space centres around a split level hall with the sitting room and principal bedroom facing southwards with views over the beautiful green swathe of the residents private park.

The amenities of Wellswood can be found crossing the end of the road which retain a 'village ambience' with local pub, highly regarded primary school, convenience store and delicatessen. Scenic walks can be enjoyed beyond through the wooded Ilsham Valley to picturesque Meadfoot Beach, continuing toward Torquay's bustling harbour, Yacht Marina and sea front promenade with Princess Theatre, Torre Abbey Sands Beach and Train Station at the far end.

OWNER'S INSIGHT

"Wellswood Park first became our home in 1999, with the elegance of the crescent, beautiful residents private park, natural beauty of the area, and convenience of amenities all important factors in our decision. My husband decided it would be a fabulous idea to live in France, so we sold the apartment in 2003 and set off over the water, but soon realised it was not for us and returned to London later that year. Missing our life in Torquay we called the agents in 2006 to initiate a move back to Devon, and interestingly our old home was coming back to market! So after a second wonderful tenure at Wellswood Park, where I love the benefits of being on the first floor, I am now finding the steps a little more challenging. We will be staying local as the location is perfect. Living at Wellswood Park is a lifestyle, and we are certain whoever takes over 2A will find as much love as we have."

STEP INSIDE

A private front door opens to the RECEPTION HALL with two useful storage cupboards. An elegant staircase rises to the First Floor Split Level Landing with full length arched window allowing ample natural light. Built-in double oven and microwave, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, provisions for washing machine and dishwasher. Rooflight.

UPPER LEVEL
