The front door of the flat leads to a good sized hallway with doors to all the rooms.
The living room is of an especially good size with a huge picture window to the sunny south aspect and there is a door to the large sun terrace. There is ample space for full size sofa and dining suites and a wide hatchway through to the kitchen. The terrace is south facing also has ample space for outdoor dining along with sunbeds etc..
The kitchen has a high level window to the side with a full range of base and wall units. There is a sink to the left and to the right is a new electric hob with new oven under and to the right, a new integrated fridge/freezer. A door at the end leads to an outside stairway where there is and addititonal storage cupboard.
There are two double bedrooms, the main having a picture window again out over the terrace and garden, whilst the second has its window to the front. Both have fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom has a window to the front as well and does the additional cloakroom to the side. There is a bath with shower over, WC and basin.
Allocated parking is provided in the basement garage where there are electric entrance and exit doors along with a communal car wash bay.
The building as a whole has cummunal gardens to the rear (as previously mentioned) available to the residents and these back onto Boscombe Overcliff Gardens. Paths from here lead to the East down the zig-zag to the beach and to the West down a path directly to Boscombe Pier and its beaches and restaurants. There are several visitors spaces to the front of the building too.
