3)A Close family member (Mother/Father/Sister/Brother/Son/Daughter) has lived and is currently living in the parish for a minimum of 5 years.
Once eligibility is confirmed and the Tenancy Application Form on the Start and Co home page (starts.co.uk) has been completed, tenants will be subject to the normal referencing procedure prior to being assessed by the Council.
The property is unfurnished and is available from early June for 12 months. Pets are not accepted.
