Some words from the owner:

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR HOME?
We have loved living here. We had looked at a number of apartments before deciding on this one but we fell in love with the reception, the huge window that let's in so much light and the patio as soon as we walked in. This is such a wonderful space in the summer when you can have the doors open all of the time and that outside space just becomes and extension of that room. The size and layout of the whole apartment are fantastic, every inch is put to good use and there's so much storage it's really easy to keep everything organised and tidy, there's even a cloakroom at the front door for shoes and coats!! The apartment also feels really safe and quiet, this block of the building only has 3 other apartments, so noise in the block is basically non-existent, and traffic in and out of the block is minimal.

WHY ARE YOU MOVING?
We are moving on to the next stage of our lives, we just need that little bit more space for our family to grow.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE AREA?
The area is amazing, there are so many great cafes and eateries just around the corner in every direction. Bobo and Wild for example is a great little cafe only a couple of minutes away that overlooks Shoreditch park and is a great place to spend a weekend morning. If you are looking for more of an evening out then you are spoilt for choice with Hoxton Square, Shoreditch, Old Street, Upper Street and Essex Rd all within a short walk and offering such a variety of restaurants, pubs and bars. We also are right on the canal, which you can walk down to get to Angel or London Fields in 20mins in either direction. Shoreditch Park is opposite our apartment and is a lovely place to sit out and enjoy a summers day or to do some exercise in. It is really easy to get into the City and I regularly walk to work but there are also a number of bus routes from New North Road that take you across London or it is a quick walk to Old Street Station. The location really is perfect for enjoying everything London has to offer from a peaceful and quiet home.

The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
