The venue was designed to provide a platform for independent businesses and creatives, giving them an opportunity to showcase their products and talents in a unique shopping park environment.
The concept was first introduced in 2022, and is loosely based on destinations such a Boxpark London. It has since become a popular destination and aims to offer a mix of independents, providing a platform for emerging businesses.
These self contained units will be available To Let on a 12 month Fixed term at the rate of £100 per week. Electric is not included and is metered usage.
Due to the ethos behind the Village, the landlords will only be looking To Let one unit to each category of business. Each unit is eligible for small business rate relief. All businesses on site also benefit from Group negotiated energy rates (more details available on application), free on site parking, customer and staff use of site facilities including toilets in main cafe.
