Gerard Flint and Jonathan Cook joined in Partnership in 1996. Flint and Cook have become one of the leading privately owned firms of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents in the County. The Company expanded in 2001 with the opening of a new office in Ross-on-Wye, thereby strengthening Flint & Cook’s area of operation in South Herefordshire. Flint and Cook offices are strategically situated in Hereford City, Ross-on-Wye and Bromyard Town to provide an unrivalled Estate Agency service across Herefordshire.
