Sellers Comments

Our love of Greenwich began in 2016 during a visit to the Royal Observatory and Park. We were immediately taken in by its mix of village charm and city energy. The decision to move here was easy – Greenwich had everything we wanted and more. The river gardens has become our home, where we started our family and made many cherished memories.

As expectant parents, the family-friendly activities were a big draw. From exploring Greenwich Park to visits to the National Maritime Museum (our little one loves the AHOY! children's gallery!), our child has thrived here. The good local nurseries were a bonus.

Greenwich's food scene has been a pleasant surprise. Whether it's a pub meal, a nice dinner out, or coffee with friends at a local café, there's always something to enjoy.

Staying healthy has been easy with access to a swimming pool, gym, and tennis courts. We appreciate being able to keep active without traveling far.

The quick commute to London Bridge (just 12 minutes from Maze Hill station) is a major perk. We get the best of both worlds – a peaceful home life and easy access to the city.

But what truly makes Greenwich special is its people. The friendly community made it easy to make friends. We feel a real sense of belonging, not just in the area, but even within our building. Our neighbours on the floor have been wonderful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Our home itself has been a comfortable haven. We've enjoyed many evenings watching the sunset over London, feeling lucky to call this place home.

It's with sadness that we leave the river gardens. Only the need to be closer to family up north could pull us away. We hope the next owners will love it as much as we have.
