We didn’t want to loose such a rare opportunity. The house had such character with a warm, cottagey feel and an elegant sitting room - perfect for entertaining. Yet it was brilliantly situated in the centre of town near all the amenities and transport links. The extended kitchen diner opening onto a large and mature lawned garden was ideal for our two young children and their many friends and great for hosting frequent BBQ’s.
