What Our Vendor Loves

The property occupies a fantastic riverside setting overlooking meadows and open fields. This was one of the points that first stuck our sellers when they came across this house a few years ago. It is undoubtedly a special location and the meadow views and proximity to countryside have been a real tonic. The house itself is great as the bedrooms are so large, much larger than other three bedroom houses that they saw, and the living space is so light and open courtesy of dual aspects and large windows. Away from the home itself there a couple of great pubs nearby in The Griffin and The Ship that do brilliant food and it is a really pleasant walk into the town centre either across the river or through the older Trinity area of the town.
