Homeowners Thoughts

This place has been a real gem for us. It's been nice to being at the end of a quiet street, making it safer for kids to play outside. The neighbourhood is friendly, and we've felt part of a community here.

We've found it a very convenient location, with Sainburys being only a 10-15min walk, and if you fancy a drink or a meal out, there are some lovely village pubs around, like the Walter Arms. The train station is about a 15-minute walk, which has been handy for getting into Reading or Wokingham quickly.

For outdoor activities, Dinton Park is just a 5-minute drive and has been great for a change of scenery and some fresh air. Schools in this area are good too, which is a bonus. If you're into movies, the biggest Showcase Cinemas is practically on the doorstep, just a 2-minute drive away.

There are plenty of green spaces around for a walk or jog, which has been nice for getting some exercise and clearing the head.

We've loved living here, but as our family grows, we're looking to move somewhere a bit bigger. This place would be great for a small family looking to settle in a convenient yet quiet location.

Alex's Thoughts

Welcome to this inviting home in Budd Grove, where the open-plan kitchen-diner shines as the perfect spot for both lively gatherings and quiet, cosy meals.

Thoughtfully designed storage solutions are found throughout, ensuring everything has its place, from built-in wardrobes to handy cupboards, to keep your space neat and organised.

Upstairs, I love the fact that the 3rd bedroom is a good-sized double, making sure no one has to pull the short straw.

The home is equipped with two modern bathrooms for added convenience, along with a handy WC downstairs making the morning routine and gatherings a breeze.

Whether you're stepping onto the property ladder for the first time or searching for your next home, this property in Budd Grove could be the ideal match.

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on June 19, 2023

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on June 19, 2023

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on October 4, 2018 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
