Property description & features

"We have loved living at Bryants Hill for the last 5 years. We make great use of the local nature reserve,
local parks, and Troopers Hill when walking our dog Bear. We also love the fact it's got such easy access into the centre of Bristol with a short bus journey from right outside our home. We are so sad to be leaving our home and our lovely neighbours, but we feel we have given the house a whole lot of love and have restored lots of its Victorian character."

This section of Bryants Hill is made up of a row of Victorian homes, in amongst a mix of period and new build homes, between St George and Hanham, with an abundance of parks and walks based locally. Magpie Bottom Nature Reserve is literally on your doorstep and is a favourite for dog walkers around Bristol, as well as being close to several protected green areas such as Troopers Hill, Avon Woodland Trail, and Conham River Park. They provide a pleasant setting that is not usually found so close to the city centre. The area possesses some fantastic local schools making it all the more appealing for families as it is placed within Beacon Rise Primary School's catchment.

Placed on the end of a row of terraced homes, is this two double-bedroom Victorian home, presented to an exceptionally high standard throughout. Downstairs the living and dining rooms have been opened up creating a bright and airy living space whilst still having clear zoned spaces, creating a cosy sitting room to the front with a bay window and Victorian fireplace, leading through to the dining area with a log burner and picture window. To the rear of the house, you will find the kitchen, utility room and downstairs WC, Upstairs there are two generous bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside there is a lovely garden with mature shrubs and flower beds and plenty of space for seating. There is also a handy garden shed and side access to the garden.

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable.
