DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A Damage/Security Deposit of £1,950 will be payable prior to commencement of the lease. This will be returned to the Tenant following the end of the lease, subject to conditions.
FEES
The successful Tenant will be required to contribute £400 + VAT Chartered Surveyors' fee .
SERVICES
Mains electricity and water via private submeters are available to be connected if required, payable to the Landlord at the prevailing rates.
There is a separate WC facility located approximately 10 metres from the Unit.

VAT
