Comments from the owner:

3 Things we love about our home:

1. Spacious Layout: we love the downstairs open plan and ample living space that provides flexibility and comfort for daily living and entertaining guests.
2. Natural Light: We love our large living room windows that allow plenty of natural light to flow into the house, creating a warm and inviting space.
3. Outdoor Space: our patio is great in the summer and we often like to enjoy a drink in the sun

3 Things we love about the area:

1. In the summer we love the iconic Trafalgar Tavern with stunning views of the riverside and London skyline. It comes alive during sunset hours and it's such a great spot to hang out with friends.
2. We love our morning coffee at River Garden cafe, just a few steps away from our place with prime view of the Thames and the best place for people watching in the sun. You can even get an ice cream for your dog :)
3. The Greenwich Food Market is a fantastic weekend activity in the heart of Greenwich, with a vibrant mix of international cuisines and artisanal products. We love the market's lively atmosphere and our favourite stall is the fresh oysters from the Oyster Brothers, perfect after a long walk on the riverside.

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on July 13, 2018 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
