Location Sheringham is a delightful small town in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the North Norfolk coast, nestling between the sea and Pretty Corner woods. The town is a popular holiday destination and the centre has an excellent range of independent shops and supermarkets. There are excellent schools for all ages including many public schools within a few miles. There are bus and rail links to the bustling city of Norwich and the nearby towns of Holt and Cromer. There is a modern health centre, dentist, theatre and library together with the soon to open Reef Leisure Centre and a magnificent 18 hole cliff top golf course.

Sheringham also boasts some excellent coastal and woodland walks in the vicinity. The beach enjoys a blue flag status and is a mix of shingle and sand depending on the tide, with a wide promenade running the length of the town. The town hosts several events throughout the year including the Viking Festival, Crab and Lobster Festivals, Coast Air Festival, Carnival and 1940's Weekend and the North Norfolk Steam Railway attracts many visitors.

Description This extensive chalet-bungalow occupies an elevated position close to the coastal path, within a short walk of steps which lead down to the beach and approximately half a mile from the town centre. There are lovely walks to be enjoyed from the doorstep and far reaching views over Sheringham from most rooms.
This unique property offers flexible accommodation, ideal for extended families or those wishing to make a living from their home. It has four separate areas, each with their own entrance but with the exception of the annexe, all are linked via an inner hall, so can be assimilated into a roomy family home. The main house is spacious and comprises an entrance hall leading into the kitchen/breakfast room, sitting room and a ground floor bedroom with en-suite which could also be used as a formal dining room if preferred. A private staircase leads to the landing off which are two good sized double bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.
The annexe has its own entrance at the side and comprises an entrance hall, kitchen/dining room, sitting room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. This has its own garden area to the East and South side of the property.
Myrtle 1 and Myrtle 2 are one and two bedroom apartments respectively, each with an open plan kitchen/living room, and shower room.
There is ample parking and a timber garage accessed off Hillside, and a lovely tiered garden with two summer houses and access directly to the coastal path.
