Details
Presenting this delightful two/ three bedroom terraced house that exudes charm and character, located in a sought-after area in Farsley. This property boasts a bright and airy interior, offering a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests on the ground foor. At the rear of the house there is a well-appointed kitchen which was custom designed and finished to a very high standard - providing the ideal space for culinary enthusiasts. On the lower ground floor there is a plastered cellar room which is fantastic storage and has previously been used as a home office/ gym. There is an additional traditional cellar room at the other side of the house too on the same floor. On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, and a fabulous high-spec bathroom. The loft space has been used for many years as living space by the current owners, however it currently doesnt have building regulations to officially class it as a bedroom. With stairs leading from the first floor landing (via a fire door) the room is spacious and has a Velux style window and radiator for central heating. Although the current owner doesnt have building regulations, we do believe that with some amendments it would pass building regulations to class it as a bedroom if needed in the future. The property features a private patio area at the front (south facing) which is modest but useful for enjoying outdoor dining or simply soaking up the sun. Also externally there is an outside tap. Ample street parking is available for convenience too. This home has been meticulously maintained and enhanced by the current owner, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming home for the lucky buyer. Situated in a prime location with easy access to local amenities, schools, and transport links, this property is perfect for those seeking a blend of comfort and convenience. Don't miss out on the opportunity to make this charming house your new home. Contact us today to arrange a viewing.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on December 18, 2021
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 6, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
