Loodal Farm is situated in idyllic countryside on the edge of Whissendine Village, Rutland. The Property

The Land
The land is mostly flat with some gentle undulation and has historically been grazed by livestock. All of the land is classified as Grade 3 on Natural England’s Land Classification Maps. Soilscapes describes the land east of Ashwell Road as slowly permeable seasonally wet slightly acidic but base-rich loamy and clayey soils with moderate fertility. The land is bordered by matured hedgerows and livestock fencing, most of which is in poor condition and the grass has suffered from undergrazing in recent years.
