Fees
The winning buyer must pay £5,000 automatically at the end of the auction of which: £3,000 is a buyer fee and £1,400 is a deposit contribution. £3,000 plus VAT (which means that £3,000 plus VAT is £3,600 which when added to £1,400 is the £5,000 we mention).
