The quarry benefits from two good access points from the adjoining land to the south and north with internal rides/tracks. There is a gateway onto the adjoining A38 but this has not been utilised for many years. The land offers potential for agricultural, equestrian, recreational and amenity use, subject to the necessary consents and permissions being obtained.
