Subject: RE: 2 Raikes View Wilsill
Good morning Caroline & Richard,
I hope you’re both well.
Thank you for your email – I was going to give you a call today on this. The second viewer came to the house fifteen minutes before scheduled; the previous viewing had parked on the outside road similar to me. This left the parking spot available (and we had mentioned it was immediately to her left as she turned in) but unfortunately she didn’t see it and drove halfway up the drive. I was outside speaking to the neighbour at No.1 & the first viewers when she came up. She was driving a large transit van – didn’t feel comfortable reversing it back past the parking spot and so turned around in Brian & Diana’s driveway so she could see where she was going on the way back.
Please send on my apologies to Brian & Diana for the inconvenience – we are always aiming to meet the viewers at the road entrance to avoid this happening and had booked the viewings half an hour apart to mitigate the risk. On this occasion, the early arrival and the vehicle itself being a van were unforeseen which I will take responsibility for.
Kind regards,

Subject: 2 Raikes View Wilsill
Dear all
Please may I remind you and emphasise that visitors are not to drive beyond our parking space on Raikes View. Cars need to be reversed out of the parking space as we and our predecessors have done successfully for decades.
We have received the email shown below from our neighbours and they are not happy.

Dear Richard and Caroline
Your estate agent is showing people around your house and letting them come up with their car and turning around in our car park
Because they cannot get out of our car park very well they are messing the ground up and touching our fence
Wehave put signs up but you need to tell the agent to park their car your park and reverse out not come up and turn around with such a struggle as this was a big car
wehave a video of this
Ifthis continues they will cause damage to our property and cars
Please ensure your agent knows there is no turning around when they come up the road please
Asthere's simply no room to do this
Thank you
Brian and Diana
Please acknowledge that all your staff are aware of the position.
We look forward to receiving feedback from yesterday’s viewings.
Many thanks
Caroline

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on April 2, 2024
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on April 2, 2024
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on March 26, 2024 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
