The land is located just off the junction of the A431 and Court Farm Road. The access to the two parcels is via a gate just off the roundabout, which then leads to a vehicular right of way until it meets the ownership of the land.
Footpaths cross the land, which is a recreational route, one of which runs alongside the River Avon and Siston Brook.
Planning
The land is designated to be within the open countryside and prospective purchasers are advised to make their own enquiries with the local authority, South Gloucestershire Council. The land is within the Green Belt.

Overage Clause
