The 4.55 acres/1.84 hectares (or thereabouts) of pasture/accommodation land enjoys an easily accessible location off the A38 Worcester to Tewkesbury Road approximately three miles north of Upton Upon Severn and just six miles south of the City of Worcester. The land stands on level ground with a gated access off the main highway. Over the years it has been principally used for grazing purposes and is enclosed by hedged and fenced boundaries. At the entrance to the site there is a small shelter.

Directions



From Upton Upon Severn pass over the River Severn along the A4104. Continue for almost a mile where at a major island turn left towards Worcester onto the A38. Follow this route north to the village of Severn Stoke. As you enter the village you will notice a fork to the right (signed Kinnersley and Croome). 50 yards further on is the Severn Stoke village sign itself. Approximately 100 yards later on the right hand side is the gated entrance to the land.
