Sellers Comments

No 28 is in the perfect situation being so near transports links. It is minutes from the station where you can connect to central in minutes London via Greenwich station. Here you can also take the DLR into central London or further East. So whether you are needing to commute to work or semi retired, the apartment is in the perfect place to get around.

Greenwich town centre is a very short walk away with its historical centre and, wonderful Greenwich Park and the variety of festivals - especially the Thames tall ships events on the river, restaurants and cafes offer international cuisine as well as very traditional London ‘grub’

The apartment is well maintained by the concierge - it has convenient lifts and has recently had a makeover with cladding redone and fire protection in place.

The view form the balcony is fabulous and will remain without any buildings going up to spoil it. There will be landscaping for the area to the right of the pumping station opposite which is a listed building with the land surrounding it under the DLR bridge which will mean a green space to enjoy and to look at whist enjoying a coffee on the balcony

The evening city lights are great to see and at Christmas you can eat dinner in the dining area looking at the changing lights on the Shard and plenty of fireworks on occasions too .

It has good storage space and spacious and adaptable bedroom sizes. We added more kitchen units and a breakfast bar to enjoy and use a larger area on which to prepare food in the kitchen

It has been a compact home but with enough space for our needs. To check broadband and mobile phone coverage please visit Ofcom here ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/advice/ofcom-checker
