Here's what our client loved about the property...I've absolutely loved living here. The location is ideal, slap bang in the town centre with lots of nice cafe's, pubs and restaurants within walking distance, no need to scramble about for a taxi at the end of a night out! It's also a 5 minute walk to Gilmour Street train station where there are regular trains to Glasgow and beyond which is very handy. I've enjoyed regularly spending time in Barshaw park which is a short walk away along Glasgow Road. Despite it being situated in the town centre it's very quiet at night due to where my block is situated within the development. I've found all my neighbours to be pleasant, quiet people who keep themselves to themselves.

As for the flat itself it's extremely spacious with lots of natural light coming in. All the rooms are a good size and it's really handy to have the en suite with shower cubicle. One definite bonus is that the flat stays warm in winter due to the sunlight coming in and heat generated from the flats below me. I have honestly only had the heating on a handful of times over the winter, my energy prices are extremely low. It's great to have the lift and separation of the various floors, there is no one who passes by my flat who isn't visiting myself or next door neighbour. I'll be sad to leave and am only doing so due to a change in circumstances, I have no doubt that whoever moves in will enjoy living there as much as I have.
