OWNER INSIGHT

"When I was looking to relocate to Torquay to be close to my family I did not know the town too well and so spent a few days walking around the area to familiarise myself with the location. From walking through Wellswood I immediately knew that this was the area for me, the tree lined roads, the lovely walks through the Ilsham Valley to Meadfoot Beach, as well as the comprehensive range of shops in nearby Ilsham Road and the access to a regular bus service made this my area of choice, and I am so very glad that I chose this location as I have enjoyed almost 10 very happy years living here. As soon as I waled into this apartment I was ‘blown away’ by the beautiful open views and the bright sunny rooms. Having now lived here for almost 10 years I still enjoy this, but have found the twinkling lights of surrounding homes on the hillsides and the moonlight of a dark evening just as enjoyable, and something I shall certainly miss when I move."
