This beauty is in an excellent location, close to Preston Park and all that green space and opportunities for fun and exercise, yet close enough to the city centre. Brighton station is just a 10 minute walk. We have our own off street parking which means drivers are sorted and the easy access to the A23 means getting in and out of Town is straightforward.
Once inside this impressive Victorian villa the decorative features, original high moulded ceilings, and ornate decorative carvings really do set a grand tone. Add in MASSIVE room sizes that are light and airy with big windows and you really do get a sense of space and opulence. There is so much room separation it genuinely feels like you are in a house. The living room is super spacious with the mother of all fireplaces! Inside is a large gas burner which looks the part and keeps the room toasty! Our favourite is the wide decked veranda which is a lovely big deck to sit out in warmer months and enjoy alfresco dining. Oh yes - none of that 'fire escape passed off as a terrace ' business here! A proper job with an ornate canopy.
Entrance opens in to a large kitchen diner with integrated fridge freezer. There's a double oven and gas hob. Plenty of work top space for chef to work their culinary magic. It's not short of cupboard space! There are loads at both low and eye level - 16 in fact!! Down the lengthy hallway and the Master Bedroom is to the left . Vast with high ceilings and feature fireplace this room has plenty of space. The large windows let lovely morning sunshine flood through. That wonderful veranda can be accessed from either the bedroom or from the main reception room. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and has a screened shower over the bath. Bedroom 2 is another excellent size and has steps up to a wonderfully handy mezzanine.
