"We've loved living at Leicester Square as a couple for the past two years. It's surrounded by all the local amenities we need and is a short walk from the charming local high street of Staple Hill, with Fishponds and Kingswood in walking distance, too. We loved popping in to the Turnpike or walking a bit further to the Forge and Fern for Sunday lunch or the weekly pub quiz. The house is generously sized and the living room itself offers great natural light and sense of space. The bedrooms were also comfortably used as office and craft space with ample room for storage and sleeping, which allowed us to host friends and family multiple times throughout the year. It's been a real joy living here."

The property is located between Staple Hill and Kingswood, close to several of the central shops and amenities. Staple Hill is a popular high street of shops and cafes, running eastwards towards Fishponds. Downend and Kingswood offers a good selection of shops in and around the High Street and the Kings Chase shopping precinct. Popular restaurants include the Forge and and the India Brasserie. Page Park offers activities for all; the gardens are well kept with plenty of seating and there's an arena where you may catch a band or performance. For those wishing to keep fit Kingswood Leisure Centre has a 25m main swimming pool plus a smaller pool and diving boards and plenty of other activities for all ages. Local schools are well regarded, including Staple Hill Primary, The Tynings and Kingswood Primary, with secondary education nearby at Downend and Mangotsfield Schools. For commuters, the area is very well placed, with access to both Bristol and Bath possible within a short journey.
