The deadline for the submission of bids is Monday 15th April 2024 at 11am. All bids MUST BE submitted on our formal bidding forms that are available upon request from our office. Full terms as to how bids are handled will be provided with the form. Bids are to be sealed in an envelope or sent back via email and clearly marked so to ensure that the value of the bid remains unknown until the deadline. Any bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Our vendor does reserve the right to accept an offer prior to the deadline if they choose to. Equally, the vendor doesn't have to accept any offers if they do not meet expectations.
Applicants are advised to proceed from our offices in a westerly direction along the High Street. Pass through the traffic lights at Church Street and at the mini roundabout take the left hand exit onto St. Brannocks Road. Continue along St. Brannocks Road taking the second turning on the left into Bicclescombe Park Road. The block of garages is immediately on the right hand side and adjacent to a bungalow called Casa Nostra.
