Situated in a favoured residential part of the town, this block of three single garages is perfect for those looking for additional secure parking or storage.

The garages and small area of additional amenity land amount to 0.026 acres in total. The additional land gives the ability to build a further single garage, if required, and planning permission has been granted to do exactly that, under application number 73795, in September of 2021. Therefore, there are approximately 6 months remaining before expiry of that consent.

The garages have all been tenanted in recent years at a rent of £20 per garage per week, which equates to £1,400 per garage per annum. At present, two of the three garages are vacant and ready for immediate use.
