The kitchen itself features a gas hob range cooker, granite worktops and plentiful built in cupboards. From the dining room, sliding patio doors lead to the brick framed conservatory with access to the garden. A spacious utility room runs from the kitchen with an exterior door leading to a useful lean too and and the garden and also accesses the cloakroom and integral garage.

The first floor opens onto a large landing from which we can access five well sized bedrooms and the family bathroom with shower over bath and twin sink units. The primary bedroom has an ensuite shower room and overlooks the rear garden. There are three further large double bedrooms and a smaller fifth bedroom. The loft is fully insulated and partially boarded with very good access from the landing.

This delightful home is crowned by an impressive garden. A large patio sits next to the house and a beautifully maintained lawn is framed by several very well established flowerbeds. The garden also has the added bonus of a purpose built home office, stylishly designed with double glazing, heating and has telephone and wifi connection! The front of the house offers parking for several vehicles and the single garage could hold potential to extend along with other opportunities to the rear (subject to planning permission).

WE HAVE NOTICED.

Touchwood is a fantastic family home which is brimming with future potential. The garden is a huge benefit and the proportions throughout are enviable!
