OWNERS' INSIGHT

"Crantock has been a great home, and there is so much we will miss. It is a quiet street and an abundance of wildlife comes into the garden from the Chapel Woods. For dog owners like ourselves there are lots of walks nearby through the Chapel Woods, Cricketfield, Stantaway Hill, or a short car journey to numerous beaches. We have so much close at hand, and working at Torbay Hospital I have been able to walk without concern of finding parking. The garden studio has been very useful, more recently a relaxing space for my beauty therapy. There is always an area of garden to find sun or shade, and the deck is a lovely spot to enjoy the sea view. We're now downsizing, and the house is perfect for a growing family or those looking for space"
