The property is in need of modernisation and the outbuildings require a significant level of attention. Now offered to the market with no onward chain.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors and briefly comprises; an entrance door opens into a useful porch and through into the lounge on your left and sitting room on your right. Both rooms have feature fireplaces housing wood burners and these two room have the benefit of views over the gardens and paddock. The lounge further opens into the dining room with French doors out to the side garden and an open fireplace. An opening gives access into the kitchen which further leads into a useful boot room and downstairs bathroom. A staircase from the lounge leads to the first floor where you will find 4 bedrooms; three of which are double aspect and all benefit from fantastic views.
Outside, the gardens are laid to lawn and surround the property. There is a barn/tractor shed with three sets of double doors, along with a detached double garage and ample parking. These buildings require renovation. Grandfield Cottage also has the added advantage of two paddocks, one adjoins the property and the second can be found almost directly opposite. Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
