"We have loved living on Park Street for the past 11 years and are very happy to be staying in the area. The location is incredibly convenient: the city and Harbourside are an easy walk or cycle away, while there are also buses from the Bath and Wells Roads every few minutes, across to Clifton and the Gloucester Road as well as into the centre. We (and our dog!) have felt very lucky to have some fantastic green spaces nearby. There are some great local businesses just around the corner on the Wells Road, while down the hill Paintworks has Bocabar and two photography galleries with really interesting exhibitions and events. Park Street has a wonderful community feel and a lovely mix of people. The views across Bristol from the street and the back garden are amazing and come into their own during the Balloon Fiesta and watching fireworks on New Year's Eve."

Park Street is located in Upper Totterdown and adjacent to the beautiful Arnos Vale Cemetery. This quiet street with far-reaching views has the best of both worlds, with a fantastic array of cafes, restaurants and independent shops on Wells Road, as well as easy access to open green spaces. Wells Road offers amenities such as Fox & West, an independent cafe and greengrocers selling local produce, Bank restaurant, Totterdown Canteen and Farrows Fish & Chips.
