*RESERVE AND MOVE IN DURING MARCH FOR 25% OFF YOUR FIRST MONTHS RENT!*

One bedroom apartment available at The Ironworks, a beautifully curated development consisting of a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, all furnished to an exceptional standard.

Our apartments have been designed with you in mind, providing modern, yet comfortable furniture, high quality fittings and plenty of useful storage. Alongside this, 100mb WiFi is included in your rent and is instantly available from the day you move in. The Ironworks uses efficient renewable energy to heat the apartments from a central biomass boiler, making the heating of your home really cost effective.

Pets will be considered to live with you in your apartment, however there will be an additional charge for this if agreed.

The Ironworks has plenty of amenity space for its residents, with a generous rooftop terrace and indoor courtyard, fitness suite, plenty of breakout working space including a meeting room, private dining room and a multimedia suite. There will also be opportunities to meet and socialise with your neighbours with the events we will plan throughout each year. We have everything you could need to live the Ironworks lifestyle!

Car parking is available, for an additional cost. There is also plenty of secure bike storage on site.

The location of The Ironworks is great if you are looking to be close to universities, hospitals and local businesses. If you need to travel further field, Sheffield train station is around a 20 minute walk away.

Residents will have access to a portal which will allow you to report repairs, manage your rent account, and make any bookings for the amenity spaces.

There is the option to become a member of a deposit free scheme, which will drastically reduce your upfront moving costs. There is a fee of one weeks rent plus VAT to become a member (non-refundable). The fee is paid to the scheme provider and cannot be used towards covering any other costs, such as property damage.

Rise Homes is an Award-Winning provider of spacious, secure, sustainable accommodation for rent at fair prices across the North and Midlands.   Rise Homes focuses on developing high-quality rental accommodation that is good value for money. Having previously delivered schemes in Manchester and Cumbria, providing a total of 674 new apartments, during 2020 Rise Homes created high-quality new-build apartments to rent at The Depot, Manchester, and both apartments and office space for rent at The Mailbox, Stockport. In 2021, Rise completed the development of 85 new high-quality apartments at Greyfriars, Coventry. All properties are fully furnished to a high standard. They include instantly available high-speed broadband and are professionally managed. Rise Homes has several further housing developments planned for completion in the near future, including new developments in Sheffield, Wolverhampton, Leeds, and Stockport Interchange, that will see the creation of many hundreds of new homes for rent at affordable prices. Rise Homes are committed to sustainability, making a determined and conscious effort through a number of design, construction, and operating decisions to lessen our own footprint, and that of our residents and occupiers, on the environment. Rise Homes have developed sustainable eco-friendly homes across six schemes in the North of England and has developed five biomass heating systems. Our Tribe Apartments scheme, which was completed in 2015 won the prestigious global award for a Residential scheme from the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for master planning projects, infrastructure, and buildings.  BREEAM rated developments are more sustainable environments that enhance the well-being of the people who live and work in them, help protect natural resources and make for more attractive property investments. FOCUS ON REGENERATION Rise Homes actively seek to breathe renewed life into often long-standing neglected derelict buildings and sites. Rise Homes also focusses on recycling all possible parts of the previous building, whether that’s original features, elements of the building’s original footprint, or simply a nod to the history of the site. The Mailbox in Stockport is the complete regeneration of the former Royal Mail Sorting Office, which stood derelict for 10 years whilst carefully retaining its unique stairwells. The Depot in Whalley Range replaces the home of the former Stagecoach Bus Depot. Greyfriars in Coventry used to be an empty office building and Founders Yard in Sheffield is the site of electrical wholesalers and pubs that were closed and derelict for many years. Our property in Leeds is now going to utilise access to the Leeds Pipes Heat Network rather than heat pumps, The Locks feature PV panels, battery storage (as does Greyfriars), a living wall, and a biomass district heating system. Our planned Leeds and Wolverhampton housing developments also include the regeneration of a former industrial site no longer needed for manufacturing and of a redundant Government building.

    Broadband availability and predicted speed

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on August 21, 2023 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.

Any supplementary data should not be relied upon as forming part of any property particulars and OnTheMarket cannot be held responsible for any incorrectness in this data. See here for more information.

    *Call rate information

Calls to 0843 numbers will be charged at 4p/min from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may vary, and calls from mobiles and outside the UK will be higher. Calls to local numbers beginning with 01, 02 and 03 numbers will incur standard geographic charges from landlines and mobiles.
