Please note that any application to rent this property will be subject to a tenants referencing service which will include a credit and afford ability check. As a minimum requirement you must be in full or part time permanent employment and be able to demonstrate an annual income of at least £17,000. A deposit of £650 is also required but, subject to terms and conditions, a deposit replacement scheme is available.
