Sellers Comments

Our little house lies within walking distance of Greenwich Park, the Thames waterfront, lovely pubs & restaurants. South Eastern can transport you within 12 min to London Bridge or the reliable DLR will have you at Bank in about 17min, both stations are easily reachable. If you are looking for an area that feels a little bit like a village with great access to nature but also just a stone throw away from central London, then look no further.

Our house has gone through a facelift with new windows and other interior changes since we have purchased it. The buying factor for us at the time was the stove in the kitchen and it has been an absolute joy to cook on it and it will be the element I will miss most. Throughout the house we have tried to highlight the original features such as the original wooden flooring or retiling an old fire place. The house charms with its high ceilings and large windows that make sure to catch the sun throughout the day depending which side of the house you are.

Our house is located between an amazing community pub and no. 7 Greenwich Park home to a lovely and friendly young couple. The pub is owned by three Greenwich residents who run it while hosting events for the neighbourhood (smart working, babies playgroups some mornings, et.).

Nearby there is very convenient small M&S Food Hall who saved us many times when coming home late or cooking and missing a last minute ingredient.

The whole neighbourhood is rather tightly knit and belongs to a WhatsApp Group where tips, advices and favours are shared.” To check broadband and mobile phone coverage please visit Ofcom here ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/advice/ofcom-checker
